Your privacy is important to me. When you contact me, I may collect personal information such as your name, phone number, home address, and vehicle details to provide you with my services.

Information Usage: I only use your information to schedule services, provide estimates, and communicate about your vehicle’s needs. I do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Data Security: I take reasonable measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee complete security for any data submitted online.

Deposit Policy
To ensure efficient scheduling and minimize cancellations, I require a 20% deposit before arriving at your location. If I need to order parts online, I will charge for parts along with the 20% deposit.

How It Works:

  • The deposit secures your appointment.
  • This amount will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
  • If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to transfer the deposit to a new appointment.
  • Cancellations without sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Old Part(s) Request

You must let me know before I begin the work if you want your old part(s) returned. If I don’t receive notice in advance, I am not obligated to provide the old parts back.

Liability & Warranty Policy

Parts warranties, if applicable, are subject to the manufacturer’s policy.

I provide a 30-day warranty on labor and workmanship. If an issue related to the work I performed arises within this time, I will assess and address it at no additional labor cost.

I do not offer refunds for services performed.

I am not responsible for any future damages to your vehicle that are unrelated to the specific service I provided. Vehicle conditions may change, and pre-existing issues or new failures are not covered under this warranty.
